About the event
Live Ball! is a is a fast-paced, continuous-play format that keeps players constantly rotating and engaged. Instead of traditional scoring and fixed teams, players line up on one side of the court and challenge a pair of players on the “champion” side. If the challengers win a rally, they rotate onto the champion side and stay there as long as they continue winning; if they lose, they return to the line and await another turn. This creates a dynamic, king/queen-of-the-court atmosphere where players cycle through quickly and get repeated opportunities to compete against different opponents.
A facilitator initiates each rally by feeding the ball into play, ensuring a consistent pace and directing the type of shot or situation players must respond to (e.g., a dink, volley, or drive). There’s little downtime and no need to track a full game score, so it keeps you on your toes the entire time!…
