Other reminders/information:

Check-in begins at 8am. Warm up time is available from the time of check in until 10 minutes prior to the start of event play.

Players must be checked in 30 minutes prior to the start of event play even if you are not scheduled to play in the first match of the event.

There is limited seating at the outdoor venue. BYOC (Bring Your Own Chair) for spectators as well as resting between play.

All match results will be entered into DUPR. If you do not already have a DUPR account or have not “claimed” your DUPR account, please do so ASAP,

There will be a limited option of quick energy snacks and water available for tournament players. We have not been able to secure any other on-site food options.

406 Pickleball Missoula is looking for donations of your old/unused paddles that can be used for teaching beginners. If you have equipment to donate, please bring it with you. There will be a drop off box near the check in desk.

We are asking all players to abide by continuous play guidelines which includes no warm-ups between matches, short time outs, remaining by your court between matches and during a bye round.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Make sure you are correctly listed in your events – age/skill level and partners can be checked in pickleballbrackets.com

We will be using 6 outdoor courts for tournament play and hope to have 2 temporary courts for warm up during the tournament.

A number of food trucks have been contacted to be on site however, none have confirmed.

Player bags will not be allowed on the courts, only towels and drink containers can be taken on the courts.

It is the players responsibility to be on time and prepared to play.
SCHEDULE OF PLAY

Friday, September 22nd–All Single and Skinny Singles beginning at 5pm
-
Saturday, September 23rd–Men’s Doubles (Under 3.0 & 3.0-3.99) begins at 9am followed by Women’s Doubles (Under 3.0 & 3.0-3.99), followed by Men’s and Women’s Doubles 4.0+

Sunday, September 24th–Mixed Doubles (Under 3.0 & 3.0-3.99) begins at 9am followed by Mixed Doubles 4.0+
A separate email is sent to each player with start time.
It is important to confirm your email address and cell number are correct in PickleballBrackets so you receive tournament updates and day of tournament match/court assignments.
NOTE: Due to higher than anticipated registrations, start times may be adjusted as needed. WATCH YOUR EMAIL!
